Our room had a dining area, seating spot, and writing desk, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was great.

The hotel was in a very central setting near city centre. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was tasty.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with excellent cleanliness. There were a dining area, a seating area, and a writing desk provided. - the location was good and unbeatable - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. 

The genuinely helpful staff made our stay very good. Loved the king room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. the hotel's prime and reasonably priced location close to the park over 

Ideal and fairly clean place, competent staff. Great breakfast with superb food & drinks, try it! Handy, convenient location in the pretty nice area. 10 minutes walk to Thornton's Arcade.

The room was good value for money. There were generous coffee/tea making facilities. - the location of this hotel was prime.

Comfy bed in a single room with central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making equipment. Large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Especially helpful and very helpful staff, real good stay.

Enjoyed staying in a newly furnished double room equipped with an iron. Rewritten: I had a great time staying in a newly decorated double room that had an iron available.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center.

The double room was a good deal and quite spacious, with a nice dressing table, all the modern amenities you need, and even an iron for your clothes. the location was decent, and the staff was on point 

Perfect and clean hotel, professional staff. Comfortable beds and great coffee/tea making facilities and some excellent tea. Savoury food, coffee and tea. Prime and reasonable location, especially for me. 9 miles from the airport.
